PREVENTION, RETENTION AND CONTINGENCY

Situations happen in every household when unplanned expenses arise which were not anticipated.  For many households, these unplanned expenses are met by utilizing their savings or by borrowing the money and paying it back over time.  The PRC program provides benefits and services for non-recurring short-term needs. These services and benefits will address a specific crisis situation or episode of need.  These emergency services help people obtain or maintain employment or help with rent, utilities, home repairs, etc.
